feelergaugephil
I have a 2002 XX and was wondering on spending $300+ on a power commander? My XX runs amazing, will the P/Commander make it any better? Phil.
Helvet
Have you ever considered checking out all the postings made before? Why don't you use the search-button, and find what you are looking for instead of asking a small question that needs a long answer...... If you are looking for a short answer, this is it: YES! gharknes
Not easy to search for Power commander, it brings up quite a few posts to search through. A sticky might be an idea
BarryG
When I put my Power Commander I also replaced the pipes at the same time, so dunno how much better the bike will run w/only the PCIII. But I CAN tell you that the PCIII + pipes= MUCH better! Bike feels so much smoother....no hesitation anywhere. I had a custom dyno done at a speed shop....there was no map for my set up (Scorpions). I don't think a PCIII will hurt....if you got the money laying around....go for it. You can always sell it on the board if you don't want it. I recommend getting some pipes and the power commander and a quality map.....you will notice the difference.
feelergaugephil
I really don't want to change out the standard pipes as they look good and it's quiet, I have my GS1000 for noise.
