scott Posted September 11, 2005 Share Posted September 11, 2005 I currently own a silver 04 blackbird and to date i have had to have under warranty new tank, new fairing panel RHS, 3 new nose fairings and a new back end all due to paint defiencies. If you own a silver blackbird check out the nose section on the right hand side from about half way up the light on the silver birds i have seen to date including 05 models there are 2 black lines that can be seen through the paint due to the paint being so thin also under the right hand mirrow the paint has a tendancy to peel off through wind and polishing. can anybody let me knowif they have the same problem as Honda UK are currently saying that is the standard they accept from Japan therefore that is the standard we should accept as a customer. i am currntly in talks about my bike with Honda UK to change all the panels for blue one's.
