That seems to make more sense... Street specific oil injected... Track specific Premix... If its oil injected rip off the injector throw it in the trash and buy yourself a ratio right! I love the smell of pre-mix in the morning...

Thanks for all the advice. When the clutch is pulled in and the bike is in gear the bike does not move. It seems the only problem is during shifting and the problem is the worst between first and second gear. I will bleed the brakes tomorrow. I'm in San Diego and its freezing and raining today. It must be down in the high 50's. There is no way I'm going outside in that frigid weather! Hopefully tomorrow it will be in the 70's so I can venture outside! Thanks again- Auzzi

97XX - The clutch fluid looked as though it had never been changed 30,000k on bike, flushed system with new fluid and a pre existing problem seemed to get worse. Clutch doesn't seem to fully engage and bike clunks thru the gears especially bad between first and second gear. I have it adjusted fully out on the lever?

Hey Guys, I bought it for $500 It fell out of the back of a parked moving truck. Landed on the front end. Tweaked the forks shattered the head light and bent the fairing stay. Everything else looks pretty good. Motor sounds great, Couple small tears in the seat, needs forks, all the plastic, headlight, front turn signals and mirrors. It wont ever be the nicest Blackbird on the road but I'm stoked never the less. Auzzi152- aka Andrew...

Hey guys just got my first blackbird and it has a wrecked front end. I found some used forks and need the fork seals replaced before i install them. I was wondering if i could get advice on oil weight and level. Also does anyone have any comments for or against the 8000K BLUE HID HEADLIGHT KIT H4?
