XX is the hottest running bike I ever seen. That was one of the reasons I sold mine other than that is liked the bike. Yes twisting the throttle when at stop light or in stop and go traffic will help. But "I" never had any luck using water wetter or any other of that type of stuff.

I didn't notice any difference using Water Wetter..isn't Ivory Soap about the same thing?

I think they may work..That is if you use Two2cool with it..You know the stuff that prevents overheating. But your bike oil has to reach 300f + to see the cooling..Two2cool seeks out heat hunts it down and cools it. I'm not calling this a a lair but it would be easy to do so. Yeah 20 extra HP

If you buy the XX don't be too shook when you see the temp go up during the summer months. 220-250f

Honda Polish for the rubber and water soft brush for the radiator onlys worked for me.

Those seem normal temps to me..I wouldn't worry about it. Change the fluid and go back with the Honda 50/50 mix.
