I'm thinking of installing a wideband sensor on my 99 Bird, so I can tune the PCII properly. Has anyone else done this? (on a non-turbo bike I'd think it's a bit far-fetched as a 'mod' but I'm used to having one from my cars) The location of the oxygen sensor 'bung' would probably be where later Birds have it, but where exactly is that? I've got Ohlins springs (don't know how they compare to these) and 10w oil. Nice.

Same with me...drained everything according to the manual, and it needed to refil 1liter less than the total coolant volume. I guess a lot stays in, no matter what...

I changed my rear to Ohlins, and upfront Ohlins springs&fork oil. BIG difference from stock!

Cheers guys Yeah, I know WD40 is a no-no. Gets underneath the O-rings and dilutes the lubricant (exactly what it says on the tin!) Brushed it with diesel, dried it then brushed with SAE80. It should be OK now - no tight spots either, good sign! Hadn't moved the thing for a year, what a disgrace...
