  1. Here is the issue. Had the bike in storage for a couple months. Took it out and the battery was dead, replaced the battery and ran fine. The bike quit on me after getting the tank filled up. It was on empty. After filling it, I rode about 3 or 4 miles and then the bike stalled like it ran out of gas. I was able to start it right up and then it would die in a matter of about 10 seconds. I thought maybe this was due to a clogged fuel filter. I tested the pump and it worked fine. I checked the filter and it was fine. I then thought maybe bad gas, so I emptied tank and got new gas and then it still would only run for a few seconds and then die. Then all of a sudden, when I went to try to start it after trying to troubleshoot it, the pump quit cycling on and the FI light would not go out. I think I checked the kill switch properly. The relay switches when the switch is turned to on. I checked out all the relays and what I found is that the power is not being let through the fuel cut off relay due to a signal being sent from the ecm through the brown and black wire to the relay. The bike will turn over but will not fire. There is also not spark getting to the plugs. My thought is that some sensor or something has cut the ignition to the bike. I checked the BAS and it seems to test out right as far as I know. What I did was tilt the BAS and you can hear the stop engine relay click and open up. Where do I go from here? I am thinking it has to be something simple, hopefully... Couple more things. I also did the FI light fix which had no effect on the issue. Also, when you click the kill switch to on, there is a clicking noice which I think I tracked down to the Map Sensor or atleast in that area. If you leave the switch on, the clicking stops after a while and it is hard to pinpoint. I tried to reset the ecu through the connector in the back but the FI light will not flash or anything, just stays lit. Bout ready to take to stealership but funds are tight. Please Help.
