Hi..I have just fitted a set of VFR bars (must be V-Tec 2002 onwards ) to my 03 Bird and as an old godger (mid 50's in age and 5ft 7ins short )was from comfort point of view night and day.Paid $400 Australian new(result was worth 3 times that) and Honda dealer fitted in 1 hour. Pretty sure late model Birds are still 43mm dia so go for it. Cheers
