Anyone have any tip & trick for drying this thing fast when its wet?? The kit says not to put it in a dryer :roll: I was wondering if using a low temp blow dryer would be ok? :flamethrower:

Been on the Mobil 1 15-50 gold cap for about 2000 mi. now and happy to report nothing different than the red cap so far, same smooth shifts etc. :wink: 8)

I sometimes see the blanks on Ebay, I went to the stealer and paid 10$ for the blank, then had to go to the locksmith and pay 1.50$ for him to cut it. :x

You know my previous oil change I went with the Wal-mart filter and had no problems but after looking at it compared to the STP filter I noticed the Wal-Mart filter had about half as many holes in the bottom of the filter. :? I kinda wonder if this would restrict flow in any direction? I think I'm gonna jsut go with a motorcyle filter from now on the cost just isn't that much more than the Wal-Mart filter's.

No more red cap But the gold cap has been great so far

I used a STP [smo-17] on my last oil change. Mobil 1 15-50 gold cap for the oil. :wink:
