  1. Those are the VFR bars. I have the same question, are those bar risers and VFR bars combined? And if so did it require longer clutch and brake lines?
  2. I think I made a stupid mistake. I bought my bike with 9800 miles on it and was told the only modifications were the Erion Racing Slip ons. I wanted a little more comfort so I ordered some Heli Bars. Well I took the stockers off and compared to the helibars and thay are almost identical in height. I think the previosus owner installed VFR bars. Anybody got pics of stock clipons compared to VFR clipson or Helibars? Also, a side note, I installed the Stainless steel braided lines for front brakes and clutch and love them however bleading them was a royal pain. Took forever to get the air out, actually over 3 hours. Thanks in advance for your help!
  3. Mine arrived last week. You should have no problem selling yours though, it is fantastic, really pleased with the whole thing. Also bought the Bagster tank bag, one of many offered. This stuff is QUALITY!!!!! Thanks again! James
  4. What is involved for the HID conversion, basically how difficult is it to do by one person. Do you have to remove the fairing panels and such, is the wiring a plug and play kind of deal etc... Can you lay it out for the avergae Joe in what it takes to install and how long and such? I work 2-pm to midnight so I drive at night a lot and am very interested in this.

  6. Does anybody know if a magnetic bag will work on top of the tank cover or is it just too thick? Also, do youhave to loosen or remove the tank to install and remove the bagster tank cover?
  7. I have the cover and expandable tank bag, heavy duty material. Fit and material is of good quality. Only thing I don't like is the map pocket, harder to get maps in and out. My Marsee worked better for that. Let me know if you want me to email you some pics. Yes please, pics would be great and much appreciated. My main concern is scratching the tank. Also are the bags easy to take on and off and do you know if a magnetic tank bag will work over this cover or if I must use a non magnetic bag?
  8. Has anyone used this Bagster tank cover. I want to keep my tank from gettign scratched from my magnetic tank bag and this likes a unique alternative. Has lcocking points to mount different size bags to the cover itself and covers the entire tank. Only one dealer here in the US and he says the cover alone is $123. I have attached some picks, one is called clear cystal black, the other is just regular black and the last is a pick of a Suzuki Bandit with one monted and then the tank bag mounted to it.
  9. Motorcyce.com had it on their dyno at 135.7hp at the rear wheel and 79ft-lbs torque at the rear wheel. Cycleworld har it at 138rwhp and 80.9ft-lbs torque. These are at the rear wheel so figure 155hp at the crank and about 92 ft-lbs at the crank as well. Hope this helps, James
