  1. I went through just one "updated" CCT in less than 8000 miles and had enough of that crap. I bought a manual adjuster from A.P.E. and haven't looked back. Ten minutes to install. Adjust it once a year (if even that much) and that's it. I got it here: http://cbrzone.com/sprockets.html Be sure and get the gasket too. Sometimes you need it and sometimes you don't. FWIW. Funny thing, the other day I was troubleshooting a buddy's 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 twin. I was looking down in the front of the motor and low and behold there's a CCT that looked an awful lot like the Honda CCT. I wouldn't be suprised if it was from the same vendor. Hope this helped, Tony
  2. Thanks Dave. I didn't get the PM. I'm with ya on this the rest of the way. Tony
  3. No, that's not me. I tried to follow his correspondence rules. I'm not into anyone losing money on their labor. If that's the case then I can understand not answering emails. If the pegs are as good as everyone says, I have no problem paying additional $$ in order to make it worth his time and also to maybe encourage him to attempt some other projects that we can all benefit from. Thanks for your input.
  4. I think you are misreading the column. I'm guessing that an "x" will be added under the "shipped" column once the brackets have shipped. I'm also guessing that machining and finishing these takes time. -The use of the colon after "payment received" would indicate otherwise. -"Shipped" didn't look like a column. -"These are ready again" ............well, I took that to mean that they're ready. I'm aware of the machining and finishing process. Aside from this is that he could have replied to any one of my emails.....I'm guessing.
  5. Hey Dave, I've sent you a couple emails with no reply. My paypal was sent May 29 and you show here on the forum that the pegs have shipped. What's up?
  6. +1 I've got 3500 miles on mine and love them. Same goes for the mounting. Very stiff sidewalls (compared to the Qualifiers I took off and the stock Stones). I will be buying another set when the time comes.
  7. +1 Stock tensioners are junk. cbrzone.com is the way to go too.
