    I bought one of these http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Disp...temnumber=42709 Put a 1 inch peice of plywood on it (coated the whole thing with brush on bedliner) added tie down hooks and a front wheel chock and did it all for under $350.00 and it doubles as a utility hauler for home improvement projects.

    Sorry I don't have an answer for you but i do have a question? Why would you need to add miles to get a bike registered?
