We leave 2/13, and I am in need of two el cheapo mp3 players (preferably around 1gb storage). Anyone grow out of their mp3 player and move on to something bigger and better? Sell my yours for peanuts. Been watchin' Woot! for the little twin packs, but no luck.

had a garmin at walmart on friday for $140. saw sears has a jensen for $150, and best buy has a tom tom for like $170. ask for one for xmas, and keep an eye on the ads in the next couple weeks.

I'll give the info that i have and see if there is anything i'm failing to take into consideration here. "1994 Honda CBR 600 F2 Doesnt run. Last ran in 2000 hasnt been started since. There werent any problems with it when it was parked. Its sat for 7 years." "It was stored outside under a tarp for about 6 years. I recently took ownership of it and have kept it in my barn for the last 2-3 months. It has been laid down but in really good shape- 25K miles" This is the info I have so far. It may be a player deal on a beater bike, but if i'm gonna need to put too much into it, it may not be worth it to me. Planning on going and seeing it this weekend. Expecting to have to rebuild the carbs (does it have 2 or 4 carbs?), check the tank, plugs (plug wires?), battery, and maybe tires/seat. Am I forgetting anything? Has anyone else undertaken a similar rebuild? Any help is appreciated.

found one off of an srad that had one 5 wire harness leading from it. nice heavy duty unit. i'll keep an eye on it.

i just changed my fronts at the beginning of the season- it was doing the same thing. it would also shimmy a little once i was almost to a stop. i started using the back to get me through, but the front still engages and i still got a squeak. one side is probably gone. my clutch side pads were almost metal to metal. i'm sure it is getting time to change them.

others will know better than i- just changed reg/rec with a suzuki model, and wondered if i need to insulate the plastic with heat tape? the unit is just under the plastic (remounted in same holes on sub frame) and may be touching ever so slightly, but may not- its that close. will the reg/rec unit get hot enough to melt the plastic if it is touching?

sorry fellas, the r/r i bought is off the market- found a shop that traded me a r/r with 5 output wires and one wire harness. he said it was off of an SRAD. nice heavy-duty unit. see how it works out.

i'll keep an eye out. yeah, well, i have a BB FI reg/rec i bought for $53- if anyone needs one- i guess it is a quality R/R, though. haven't been as many problems as the first generation.

an online company sent me the wrong part, and dated it for a 97-03 XX. i will keep the name to myself until they screw up and don't take it back (i never tried to install it). if they jerk me around, i'll make sure and dirty their name. where's the best place to buy an r1 regulator? ebay? online company?

is there a conversion kit so that i can adapt a FI R/R to a my carbed XX?
