This is wisdom at its best Just as an indication, I regularly hit reserve at 175 miles and once hit 195 miles while slowly riding with half a dozen other bikes.

The aluminium ones sure look great but isn't there a danger that they would not absorb a shock but rather transmit 100% of it to the frame?

Hi XX companions, Just bought a 2001 red XX with 16000km in impeccable condition. Would like to make sure it stays that way by adding frame sliders. Found some at Jaws Motorcycles, UK, through a web search, which seem fine. Any opinions on these or better ones available? :?: :roll:
