two bros. is cool. but if you want another option, try yoshimura rs-3. the price is comparable and the quality is outstanding. mine sound killer, especially droning along at about 3000 rpm through town. i love it when it echos off the buildings. :mrgreen:

i went a tooth smaller on the countershaft and a tooth bigger on the rear. also used AFAM aluminum sprockets. i barely noticed a difference in power, but the engine does seem to spin up a little easier. wheelies seem to come easier too, along with some unwanted wheelspin. oh well, you take the good with the bad i guess. 8)

sounds good to me guys! i didnt really feel like taking my fuel tank off anyway. i hate to tear into it if i dont have to. especially because im extremely lazy and id just rather ride. :twisted:

i have a 98 bird with 28500 miles. the thing runs like a dream, but as far as i know the valves have never been checked. is my baby going to die soon?
