and find it to fit better than the DID I installed for a friend.
What did you mean by fit, lenght?

Gas from one tank will flow into the other on a relatively regular basis.
My F-250 had a recall on a valve that would go bad and do that. Mine never did but I had the recall work done. The recall said that if you had two full tanks and it did that, it could push the fuel out the filler cap.

Joe, just for the heck of it, I would put a new distributor cap and rotor on it. I had the same thing happen on my wifes car. I didn't find it for a while. When it happened the second time, I put a new cap on it and it never happened again and that's been about two years now.

Emissions testing on bikes. WTF
Please tell me they are not starting that crap? The car testing is a big joke but bikes!!!

Dunlop D208's are the best rubber I've ever had... very sticky, very predictable. I dont care if they wear out fast, I want performance. I should get 5k out of them.
Take it easy on him guys. He is new here.

I'm having no problems other than the usual 2500 mile lifespan.
Yea but you live in Pa, so that don't count.
-
What about the weight of the valve stem? I thought that is why you put the lightest point of the tire to the valve stem.
-
Is this true of the Road also?
Don't know as I only dealt with the sports.
-
If you balance your own tires, the Michelin Pilot Sport doesn't have a balance dot on the tire. In my mind, that would make it harder to balance.
I'm going to try the Bridgestone's new 014 but I don't put on high miles.

get rid of those ugly reflectors
What is it with you people and the prejudice bias against reflectors? They just want to shine. They are not some aftermarket things but real OEM pieces. So, lets not pass judgement since there is a place in this world for everyone.

Everyone can do what they want but I sleep better after changing my oil.

I just need to know how to get the shoe off I don't want to pull the wrong bolt and end up needing to bleed the lines etc.
That is why I always buy a manual for any vehicle that I own.

I have the Dyna with the minder. No pills. Set it to any rpm that you want. There is a few different models on this site if this isn't the right one. The price has gone up since I got mine.
It has approx 5 LED's that go from green to red flashing as you approach redline.I had this one and sent it back to get the Dyna.

but I had visions of pitting my pistons and took it off.
So, do you want to sell it?
-
I originally went with the 4 degree advance, then went to a 2 degree on my 97.
Could you tell the difference over the stock setting?
-
I guess you guys don't have a front end stand?

Thanks for the bunny photo. Made me laugh. Didn't that have something to do with Joe?

From what I have read, sag should be 25-30mm.

What, no photos?

aluminum center with steel teeth? hmm what sizes are available? Prices? who makes em? Sorry but I dotn have a catalog at my disposal and wont even bother with their website since you say its not on there...Thanks
OK-I'll go look. OK, I'm back. Page 348 the name is Sprocket Specialists Stealth. Cost is $64.99 for our bike the teeth range is-39,41,42,43,44,45,46,47. the part number is #500-ST302. Here is what it says-
>Steel teeth and an aluminum inner part
>Both parts permanently joined with super tough forged rivets
>Will last 3 times longer than any aluminum sprocket on the market today
>Half the weight of a steel sprocket to help you fly.
BTW- if anyone is shopping for a Christmas gift for me, I want a 45 tooth.
-
...all other cbr's are cable clutches i do believe!
Not the CBR 1000RR.
-
I cant find any steel ones higher than 45...
In Chaparral's catalog, they have a aluminum inner with a steel teeth. Don't try to find it on their web site because it SUCKS.
-
I think I got mine from Two Brothers. Sorry, no number.

Or the underseat temp is higher and battery output is proportionately decreased. '01's and up have cats in CA, right?
Man, you are always thinking Joe!

Has anyone ran a 15 front for very long? I heard that it was hard on the chain because of the tight bend. Would the chain adjuster have enough room?
