  1. Gas from one tank will flow into the other on a relatively regular basis.

My F-250 had a recall on a valve that would go bad and do that. Mine never did but I had the recall work done. The recall said that if you had two full tanks and it did that, it could push the fuel out the filler cap.

  2. Joe, just for the heck of it, I would put a new distributor cap and rotor on it. I had the same thing happen on my wifes car. I didn't find it for a while. When it happened the second time, I put a new cap on it and it never happened again and that's been about two years now.

  3. get rid of those ugly reflectors

What is it with you people and the prejudice bias against reflectors? They just want to shine. They are not some aftermarket things but real OEM pieces. So, lets not pass judgement since there is a place in this world for everyone. :)

  4. aluminum center with steel teeth? hmm what sizes are available? Prices? who makes em? Sorry but I dotn have a catalog at my disposal and wont even bother with their website since you say its not on there...Thanks

OK-I'll go look. OK, I'm back. Page 348 the name is Sprocket Specialists Stealth. Cost is $64.99 for our bike the teeth range is-39,41,42,43,44,45,46,47. the part number is #500-ST302. Here is what it says-

    >Steel teeth and an aluminum inner part

    >Both parts permanently joined with super tough forged rivets

    >Will last 3 times longer than any aluminum sprocket on the market today

    >Half the weight of a steel sprocket to help you fly.

BTW- if anyone is shopping for a Christmas gift for me, I want a 45 tooth.
