hi all, i just bought a 97 cbr1100xx the other day & was giving her the once over & when i removed the bodywork i noticed that the stator cover has a hairline crack in it where somebody did a pretty good job of patching & painitng it. it leaks very little only after it's been running for a while(longer than my test ride of course), but i would rather not take any chances & replace it for my own piece of mind. thanks in advance, gary
