  1. I installed Galfer black pads in all three calipers. My rear and right side pads were not too bad, but my outside left pad was worn down to the metal. I think I replaced the pads at about 15K miles. There was a long thread about this on one of the old lists. Several guys had the left outside pad worn out before any of the rest.
  2. I bought mine from http://revsperformance.com. I think I paid $89 plus shipping from Georgia. Call Russell at 1-800-787-2040. He had the XX rack in stock and there was no overseas shipping charge.
  3. Fair prices and great service plus there's no overseas shipping charges. I bought a Pyramid Plastics Hugger and Fenda Extenda and even got lucky enough to catch them on sale. http://www.streetfightersbydesign.com David Cork is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.
  4. Check out http://www.cyclebrakes.com for fair prices and great service on Galfer products. I bought Galfer black pads and a set of braided SS lines from them. Ask for Melissa and tell her you are a member of this group for a 10% discount.
  5. Carlos, There have been a few of us having the FI light come on once in a while for no apparent reason with no codes. I assume your grounds (chassis and battery) are clean and tight. There was a post on the old list from Mick (I think) that suggested wiring harness connector corrosion near the starter relay. He identified this as a probable cause of the European wiring harness replacements. My local Honda guys tell me that American Honda denies knowledge of this problem or any associated recalls of the '99-'00 'Birds. I understand the wiring harness was rerouted in subsequent years.
