  1. am I the only one who dislikes the pansy ass pink tach, and the shit brown LCD screens.. you should be one of the Queer Eye guys if you think it goes so well with the rest of the bike.
  2. I got to thinking after reading all these posts about changing the colors and what not. bajjer9 was helpfull with a link with colored LED bulbs to replace in it. After taking out my cluster lastnight (got bored) there are only 2 bulbs to replace. I got a 2002 birdy. I was hoping to maybe get rid of that hidious pink tinted tach, with something like rickrad posted. Figured changing the lights with blue ones would turn the tach purple http://www.streetracerparts.com/index.asp?...S&Category=3007 They don't show any pics of the 2001 and up though :???: Also was curious if there was anyway to change the color of the LCD readouts for the MPH, Temp, fuel ect ect. The brown shit glow color isn't very appealing. would look really neat to have the indiglo numbers and whatnot for the LCD screens. I would like to have some kinda project to do over the winter. Afterall its a Honda, nothing ever breaks that needs repairing or replacing  ok done bitching and whining ....for now
  3. Techron is some really good stuff, my personal favorite is 44K. I use to get bottles of it free from work $20 a pop but well worth it.
  4. I am running a 46 ST rear and a 49 SP front Was going to order a 50 SP for the rear this time, but think I will just keep this combo for now.
  5. the slab took its toll on my tires life span  by making the center of my tire flatter than a pancake. I bet my bike can sit up straight without the help of the centerstand or sidestand I only can blame myself.. running incorrect air pressure and 85-100 mph for a long period of time. (keeping up with traffic if you believe that) I was going down the slab at 100mph look over and theirs a F150 just cruising along with me :???:
  6. If I am going to be riding the slab for anytime I will bump it up to 40F and 42R If I plain on throwing her around on the corners and backroads I run 36F and 38R I forgot to air my tires up this past weekend and rode 360 miles mostly on the slab and my rear paid the price
  7. 2" I think mine is either a 4" or 6" would have to go check to be sure. Thats a small pipe to use isn't it?
  8. On my wood stove its on the 2nd 90 deg turn which is where it turns to go up and out. Speaking of which I need to clean it out.
  9. I got a fireplace that has a straight shot up, however downstairs I have a wood stove that does something similar like yours. Comes up like 3ft take a 90 goes into a wall, takes another 90 to go out the chimney. I don't know why you have "T"s in your piping :???: Only thing I could recommend is to have the damper as free flowing as possible and allow as much air to get in thru the vents or whatever. Might help the smoke take the easiest route out. Get the fire going pretty good, and adjust to your normal settings. I am mastering my woodstove downstairs.
  10. I don't blame it, if you left me outside in the pouring ass rain I wouldn't start either Leaf blower is a good tip, might wanna invest in a waterproof bike cover if this is going to happen often.
  11. do a search in my name for "making custom exhaust" got some good links for making one in it
  12. I am running a st46 rear with a sp49 up front
  13. be nice to have sometimes, but I normally would never need it. Most people I ride with all understand a few simple hand gestures. And if I wanted to sit and talk to someone that damn much I will just pull over and shoot the shit
  14. I wish someone would. I settled for slip-ons since no one made a full system. Still wanna see about getting a custom header pipe made to help free up the restrictive stocker.
  15. got the rear done today.. Might try and snap a few pictures of it here in a few
  16. at 6k rpm's you have awakened a sleeping dragon at 7k rpm's the dragon is pissed  everything after is blurry and your ass is on fire
  17. I stripped my front rim this evening leaving the spokes and center still black.. will do the rear wheel soon, still love the RC rims though
  18. have you done a test ride to see how much of the night they light up?
  19. yeah keeper of the red faith is a joke with me and a buddy.. he started the keeper of the Green faith  I fuck with him and rag his ass hard for thinking that only kawi makes a bike worth a damn.. you should see us riding together.. red vs green all day. Funny how he thinks that honda's makes the best 4-wheelers. :???: If you don't mind, I would really like to know what kinda price is available for them.. squidly mod, pure looks. Thought of chroming till I saw the RC's  wife said if I get the rims, she has to get some 1 caret diamond ring for something.. I wasn't really paying attention except the part of me being able to get the rims
  20. hmm wonder how much they are directly from them? My wife is getting bigger by the day.. funny as shit when she gets stuck in the waterbed, on in a chair last week Dr. said little boy was 3lbs and 12oz. during the ultrasound. so he should be at or just over 4lbs now.
  21. if you say you were looking there also I am going to go get my fucking head checked.. By the way how is the wife and new kid?
  22. ok please stop it.. first you gotta own a XX then you gotta have evil name like me then you must also have the same damn job as me. bottom line There aren't very many QC tech that work for mining companies that own a XX.. :-o Now you also want the same aftermarket rims as me.. I am going to ask my parents if I really have a older brother they put up for adoption  by the way.. http://www.dmtaonline.com/items.asp?CartId...tatus=0&Tp=&Bc= this is what and where I was looking at when I started this thread
  23. you don't have to. I be alot cheaper to your pockets in the long run
