Now my gears are turning…. How light could you really build a track bird?
Holy shit. Those are some scary thin spokes, even for CF.

Yep. Time for a new valve or a re-build. Wonder if Honda still makes a repair kit?

And that's good. Everything is relative, a plant cheese is less perfect than a piece of broccoli, but probably way better than actual cheese. Cutting it all out is idea, there are just options to be aware of if you choose not to. Note that my response was relative to "pizza" and not relative to a bowl of veggies. Relative.
This is whole food, pretty well unprocessed. Unless you think putting plants in a blender is processing.
Ingredients: Cashews, Filtered Water, Sea Salt, Natural Flavor, Cultured Brown Rice, Lactic Acid, Cultures.
That's the ingredients for plant-based cheese?
A quick google about this stuff did not entice me to consider trying it. Sounds like they still have a long way to go. If it's much cheaper than real, they might have a chance.

Just got my 2018 F150 XLT super crew back from AAA inspection they said one of my front shock is leaking and suggest replacing spring and shocks all around ( I believe the shock is part of springs). They wanted $3,400 to replace all around. I am like WTF!!! You they repalceing with Fox racing 6in setup😂
Did he give you that estimate while wearing rubber gloves, and holding a box of dry condoms?

And still less garbage than factory farmed dairy. But, unless you've looked at the ingredient lists for some of the latest options, how would you know?
Well, you got me there, but as little dairy as I ingest (almost exclusively from real cheese, very few of those individually wrapped slices), it's not a concern for me.

The latest plant based cheeses are making monstrous strides in being realistic and satisfying.
Still "over-processed" garbage.

Good luck making that fit in a Ford Ranger.
And by "good luck" I mean "hope you have a huge pile of cash".

Wow, that guy is just as annoying, if not more so, than Scotty Kilmer.
Most of the beef I consume is at home, which means it's locally grown and butchered, or it's deer meat. I've tried the impossible Whopper. No thanks. We all know that processed foods are a problem, and it doesn't get much more processed than fake meat.
I don't need to live forever. I'll take my chances with what I like.
That being said, I do try to eat better in a way that keeps my weight down. Less sugar, chips, ice cream, and beer. Plus, smaller portions. Just being lighter will do a lot to extend my life, and the quality of it.

LMAO! I love that video. Great humor, except for Wheel-E joke (groan). I guess he didn't know they make class 1 to class 3 adapters? Not that that would have helped him, at all. Not even a little bit. I would have loved to see him put a couple of caster wheels under the bike carrier for support.😆

That's the big question. I think if I don't like it, what I've done will make it a super easy, profitable sale. And I've enjoyed wrenching on it, for sure. Things I can do in a closed heated garage. Maybe it's a project for every winter. I did resist some of the higher dollar upgrades like the real charging system, and replacing the worn items that cost a lot like the case covers. If I like it, then yeah.
I see a Grom in your future. And wouldn't it look awesome behind your Smart car on a tiny trailer.😄

No, there are dozens with internal 18650/27 batteries or lipo flat packs.
LOL. I figured with your search skills, you were asking the question because you couldn't find any. Guess you were just wanting reviews and opinions. I should read more carefully.

I'll be riding the XR to the trail, so I need to air down and back up. It has no useful electrical system so I need a compressor with its own battery. Shopping them is such a pain, with so much bullshit in every listing, reviews all over the place, and so many that look identical to others for 50% more or less. Anyone using one they recommend? Or hate?
I think the only thing you're going to find is something that takes a drill battery.
With tires that skinny, does it make a big enough difference to "air-down" for non-competition riding?

Yes! Actually did find a crack when I was going over the "final" check list, and also it's not shiny red aluminum. So the fronts and rears are being replaced. What's another $25 now...
If the photos are accurate, the other retarded thing about them not knowing which is which...quantity. The L takes two of the two-screw clamps, so those packages show photos of two. But they fit the R. And my package for the R contained one clamp...for the L. How can I be the first person to tell them?
Reminds me of...
At least red anodized hardware is dirt cheap compared to burnt blue Ti.
Oh yeah, I removed a brake disk bolt to see about installing the speed sensor magnet thing, and found it was mildly chingered up. WTF! So I got some of those in red stainless also.
Sorry to say that the red anodizing will likely fade within a year, just like all the Chinese brake and clutch levers.

But this is why I commented that people would read and SDS or two; you learn so much, and it could change your life.
I agree. However, I did have a customer ask me for SDS on 304 stainless steel sheet metal. 🤪 Not sure what he would learn from that, other then we had none.
It seems like most of the time when I read SDS at work, I can't find the info I'm looking for.

For industrial use they'd require PPE, but for you to use...meh.
Well, the exposure time and/or concentration can have a lot to do with the reasons for missing, or lackluster warnings. Extremely few people even pay attention to warnings anyway. We have to tell people to keep their hands out from under mowers, and not to drink the fluid in their batteries. Just the circle of life.

At least the driveshaft can't hit the ground and catapult the car. Safety hoops are mandated to protect against that, but I don't recall seeing any rule that banned having the driveshaft inside the car. It would still need safety hoops as per the requirements, but it seems like they couldn't disqualify you for it being in the car unless they're allowed to make shit up on the fly when doing the tech inspection.
If Don Garlits or John Force is doing the inspection, you may not pass.
Even with loops, I don't think I would want to try it.

So, 13g of carbohydrates is supposed to be 4% of your total daily intake on a 2000 calorie diet? That's 325 grams per day? Unless my math is wrong, that is 1300 calories per day of carbs.
HOLY FUCKING SHIT! No wonder so many people are fat. Don't low-carb diets only allow about 50 grams per day?

That's how I got my Busa manual. It's about 1.5" thick. Got a great deal.

Seems like a nice resource, to be able to see things in high res color, and watch videos. Are you able to print a section also? That wasn't apparent in their description. Handling my iPad with greasy fingers or gloved hands is not an option.
$45 for permanent online access, $60 for online plus normal printed book.
Are those prices for each manual, or access to all the manuals?

Nice. Futurama meets Farmtruck. Or is it Farmtruck meets Futurama?
I believe he said he had 60K invested. If I put half that money into my Frontier, I think it would be about as fast, better looking, and only loose a point or two in the "sleeper" category.

A quick and easy explanation of how diabetes T2 is primarily an animal fat disease, not carbs
in Diet & health exchange

LOL. That's like saying, "If you don't go outside on a rainy day, you may not get wet."
I'm not debating anything that the doctors say, but it just seems too obvious that if you eat a mostly plant-based diet, you're going to take in less fat, less simple carbs, and less calories. That should mean less fat on your body, which I believe is the key to preventing/reversing/controlling T2 diabetes. Get your weight under control, by what ever means works for you. One size does not fit all. Genetics play a big role, as well. My dad was fairly heavy, ate all kinds of crap, and even in his 80's had steady blood sugar levels. My mother didn't get T2 until she was over retirement age, and easily controlled it with oral medication and diet alone, same as my wife.
