The bike is RARELY ever the problem, 99.9% of problems are user inflicted.....
If you live by this regarding the XX, you will be much happier and focused on finding issues.

BTW, as I posted that, even with grinding off heads, the pins break. Contact Motion Pro directly, I think I spent $30 and got 3 pins and 3 anvils!

I can't find a brake/clutch fluid capacity number in my manual. How much brake fluid did it take to fill the system with the new lines (including the clutch)? Thanks in advance.

P.S. Moderator, please move to the garage.
...and a K&N. Bunch of stickers that add 20 HP at the rear wheel too.
or, if you don't like the jackass responses, hell, I don't know what to do???

I have heard this too. Trurotor, I was not trolling, but I also wasn't fully serious. I don't really worry about lube on my chain, unless I start to hear it. There are guys on the Mille forum that are emphatic about NOT NEEDING TO LUBE an O or X ring chain.

Fuck, I run a full can in everything when I park it for a season or 60 days+. Don't worry about the directions, they are just there as a guideline!!

I do Aspirin all day when riding LD.
For me, I get sore when I sit still, ALWAYS MOVE. I don't care what you do, if you stay in one place too long, you will get sore, stiff.... Change things up, but ALWAYS BE MOVING!!!!

Don't swap rotors, if you are going to go through the hastle, just switch the whole front and try it. Atleast you will be narrowing it down.
I guess if I was in a real investigative mode and had a few minutes, I might swap the pads from caliper to caliper and see if that changes anything.
Borrowing a front wheel is probably the easiest to isolate it to calipers/rotors/wheel.
If it still does it with the different wheel, I would look at calipers/pads/steering head. If it doesn't, I would take a closer look at your rotors/tire/wheel/forks???

Just do it at the end of the day and let it dry over night, throw it in in the morning.... If you have already done it, after the next 50K miles, do the above.

It matters, but it is not a huge deal. We flip tires around all the time at Brainerd to get the wear out of both sides (Brainerd eats the right side of a tire but leaves the left alone, only 3 lefts, the rest are very hard on the right). Take it back, have it remounted. Their fuck-up.
