  1. how did you re connect retaining clip, did you remove the screw all the way, fuck seems like my hands are too fucking big
  2. Got a couple questions with the install Are you having to take the nose cone off to get the retaining clip back on? so far that has been a bitch! where are you hiding the modules? Now for the really dumb question, when connecting the power back up what wires match up? What I have on the bike is a green wire and a blue w/white strip, which one goes to the black and which one goes to the white? thanks
  3. Will a Power Commander for a 2000-2005 euro work on a 2002 US Bike?
  4. I have been working on a project for some time and have run into a brick wall on how to solve this problem without resorting to buying new bathroom cabinets. I would like to change the look of the cabinets, currently they are standard oak cabinets, you can see how I have started the transformation. So far I have replaced the mirror, light fixture and paint. Prior to (no pics) was just a large mirror that went across the entire wall and a standard oak bar light with 8 light bulbs. Here is a closer look of what I have started to do on the cabinets Here is what I do not like about what I have done so far on the cabinets See how there is a gap, I also do not like the finish after you paint Oak so that is another concern. Looking for some Idea's Also will need to replace the counter tops and sinks once I have the cabinets finished
  5. Looks good, what type of dishwasher did you install. Going to need to do that one here in the near future. Over the past year I installed new Stove and Microwave hood (both Dacor) now it is time to upgrade the dishwasher.
  6. Thanks Tim Anyone have any good ideas on some molding to go around the door, we have been to home depot and can not find anything that appeals to us. Looking for something that is supstancial and that can be stained (would like to stain the door and moldings either a dark walnut or a mahagony (sp)) seems all the have that fits our likes are the fiber board that would only take paint.
  7. Damn, that looks great. Looks like you do damn good work.
  8. Now shit, Lori goes Mauve that is an 80's color, the can says "rouse red", what the fuck is that mauve. Then she begins to ask me if I think it looks mauve to me, of course I don't think so. I told it must be the camera! Might have saved myself from painting the walls now.
  9. Thanks alot, Lori just saw that you called the color on the walls "mauve" now I'll be painting the walls a new color! Fucker
  10. I'll get her in the next one, I should know better
  11. Here are a couple Still need to trim out the inside and reroute some electrical, I will post pics when that is completed
  12. Finished putting the door in, thanks for the help. Now just need to trim out the inside.
  13. One more question, when I go to install the door do I remove the doors from the frame (I hope so) or is it better to keep the doors in the frame when installing in the wall of the house?
  14. Got distracted, have not finished this project. A couple things came up, 1st the door I bought had a window above the french door had to be removed. This took some time as I needed to do this without damaging the door itself. 2nd it was fucking hot. 3rd my oldest was working all weekend and the youngest was at a friends all weekend, so I chased Lori around and took advantage of no kids around. Skinny dipped in the pool and lots of sex (Even though Redd does not think it is possible since I am over 40 ) I have all the prep work done, window is loose (2 nails holding) just make the cuts and put the door in. Will finish it either Monday or Tuesday.
  15. http://www.poolandspa.com/lihtcom.htm I use this site, good information.
  16. Thanks Nikx, It is the same size (width and hieght) so am thinking it is going to be easy. Fuck it, I'll head to Wisconsin and party on the boat with you and do the door someother time Pick me up at the airport?
  17. I am going to tackle this this weekend Here is a picture where I am going to remove the excisting window and replace with French doors. I think I found a great deal on the french door. It is a wood frame door with fiberglass clade (I think that is what you call it) for $400 and all the hardware. I saw the same door at home depot for $2385.
  18. Any tips of the trade before I cut into the house to replace a window with french doors?
  19. Pools are the best, the last 3 homes we have owned we have had a pool. With that said, all of these houses had the pools already in. I have checked in this area over the past 3 years on the cost of installing a inground pool with minimal decking and it runs around $50K for an 18,000 gallon pool. When purchasing a home with a pool already in you get around a $5K credit so we have choose to put the $45K into the house if the house is not what we want. Up Keep on a pool is a peice of cake, much rather do the upkeep on the pool vs. fucking mowing the lawn. I do not hire out any of the up keep just do all myself, screwed up a few times but wtf I learned and now I know. Just like brewing beer if you keep things clean makes life easy. Are dog is in the pool all the time so I am cleaning the filter system offen. If you want more details PM me
  20. This is the one I purchased IMR9A-9H
  21. http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/apps/motorcyc...?id=891&type=ir Found the correct one's exchanged them, the new one are $16 each vs. $10 each.
  22. OK I am lazy, I am sure I can look for it but I thought I would just ask. Picked up a set of plugs just want to confirm they are the correct ones. cr9ehix-9, I know on warchilds site he is showing cr9ehvx-9. I have an 2002 if that make a differnece.
