Have you ever installed one? What were your results? Looks like the prior owner did a few mods. I checked their website and can't find too much data about it except to say it is supposed to make throttle response more crisp on a carbed bike. Quote

Usually on a carbed bike you do the following at the same time.... Pipe, filter, jet kit, ignition advancer. Usually get 10-15hp gains.
