I received an order confirmation on that day stating I would receive another one once the item had shipped. Here I sit 2 weeks later with chain and sprockets on hand, ordered on the very same day from whitebuffalo.com, and I cannot complete the job because dirtbikediscount has dropped the ball. I have made attempts to contact them via e-mail and received no response. During their posted business hours, I called both their toll free and local phone #'s but there was no answer. Not so much as an answering machine. I am beginning to think that the site may be a hoax but I have nothing to corroborate that. Either way I will never place an order with them again. Quote
