pug
I understand that some of you do not check the Dutch forum http://cbr.geckobox.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20160.Check my 'fork bottoming/spring' post http://bb.superblackbird.info/viewtopic.php?t=297. Since then I have installed another 2mm shimm in the shock bracket (now 4mm ride height), replaced my steering stem bearings, and put a new BT14 in front. Rear BT14 is about 3/5 worn (tread depth 4 mm). Still is difficult to have an objective conclusion beacause our roads are full of dust (Bird is spinning up to 4th gear), but I thinh that I will raise my front to 45 mm (fork over yoke) because when off throttle, the front is quite nervous and the rear slides around (you know like Nicky minus 100mph) as well as the above mentioned traction problems. By the way Helvet a.k.a. Frank Switser has been very helpfull.
