TPXX
I have two of these and the batteries are pretty much shot. Has anyone taken them apart and replaced the batteries? How difficult is it? Edited April 25, 2020 by TPXX

JoWhee
I did, I couldn't find a direct replacement so I found something of the same size, and voltage. I cut the wires off the old battery and soldered the old connector and bit of wire to the new battery. It was a small and fiddly job for my ham fists, but it worked out well in the end and intended up with a larger capacity battery.
The Krypt Keeper
Just had an issue with my sons sena, I updated his before racerxx, we get there and nothing. Wont turn on and shows fully charged. So we couldbt use them at all. Once back home, took it apart and checked battery directly and indicated that it is indeed good. Back together, tried again and nothing, did resets still nothing. Attached to my laptop and still, yep nothing worked. Finally get it to be recognized, after updating Sena app, then Sena recommends removal of their latest update. Hit the button and it fired up no problems at all. All fixed
