Thomas
OK, I'm still lost. How do I get a bigger picture??
Northman
You need to use the auction link in Photoisland. When you click on the photo you want while on Photoisland, there will be a menu on the left lower part of the screen that says "Link for auction, etc" Click that, and copy the url that shows up in the pop-up window on your screen. You can use that for posting pics. No other links will work, unless you're signed into Photoisland when they are viewed. That may also help the pic size problem, as well. Edward
Why would you replace the cross over lines when they are steel? Now other than the question of the crossover, the lines look almost as good as the complete set I had made up by Nelson Dunn for $125.00. Northman
Why would you replace the cross over lines when they are steel? Â Save weight? :???: Doesn't make much sense to me, either, that they made the kit that way.
Thomas
Thats just the way they make them. All steel lines are replaced. I looked on the internet & Speigler was the only company to offer the complete set, so I went for it. It looks great & it will work great I'm sure. About the price, it was $440 US plus taxes & shipping. I live 1000 miles north of Toronto. Oh well it's just money, I get more next week. Thomas
Man if you think my bike is clean, you don't want to see my garage. It's winter here. 2 feet of snow. 2 months to go.Have to do something. Yea,I ride it. Put on 15000km last summer. Went on a 10 day 4000km trip. Hurry up summer.
John01XX
Seb, at www.321ignition.co.uk also sells a stainless kit for the Bird. He has both a delink kit and a stock replacement kit that I bought and installed. The stock kit uses the existing steel lines and replaces all rubber hoses.
