alf03
I am putting parts on and the one spot I did't take pics of during disassembly is the duct work and wire routing on the inside left side of the nose cowl. I wrote notes in a note pad and labeled everything in a numerical order but I am having problems with the fork clamp hitting small inner panel under the top two panels around te dash. I have tried several different things but either the wires are smashed between the duct and nose panel and won't let the nose line up, or they cause the short panel to hit the fork clamp. I need a pic of the air duct wiring area left side where that rubberized clamp off the lower head light bolt is at if anyone has it. I think the problem is the clear boot cluster that the clip arm thing off the headlight holds in place may not be in the correct location. This is where a pic would help me. BlueBlackBird
The shop manual has great diagrams on where the pipework , wires etc are to be located and run. An invaluable tool (the manual).
