eurobeaner Posted August 15, 2008 Share Posted August 15, 2008 Deep breath, life goes on... I need tires for my '86 Nighthawk 700S. Existing rear one reads: DUNLOP 491 ELITE II MT 90B16 MC 74H. I understand that this rear tire has a 90mm side wall mounted on a 16" rim. Now, what width is it??? I am unable to find its commercial size so I can try another manufacturer (still looking for this Dunlop tire, no luck anywhere). I suspect it will be a 130 but I rather be sure before spending money on it. See, front one is cake: 110/90 16. No problem here, nice an easy.
