Jodster
My '02 Silverbird is for sale. Bought two years ago off site member mack82097. I've done just 800 miles in those two years making a grand total mileage of just 5700 miles. Yes, you read that correctly. Never dropped, crashed, thrashed, etc. Completely standard motor. Regular oil changes. Comes with all keys, toolkit, my receipts, manual, service manual on CD. Extras: Braided brake and clutch hoses. Clear rear lenses. Bar risers. VFR bars (not fitted). Tank bra. SW Motek rack. Givi box. Marks (pictured) : I'm trying to be as thorough as possible. Some wouldn't even bother documenting such small items but when I say it's an extremely clean bike, I want you to believe me. Small scuffs on mirrors and pipes, probably from the previous owner brushing a wall when putting away. Small scratches in the titanium paint fade on the screen, behind the clocks. Small paint chip and paint lifting slightly next to right luggage hook. Small paint chip on grab rail. Probably from when it was stored when the Motek rack and Givi box are installed. Two small holes under rear cowl near light where previous owner tried to install an eliminater. Plenty more high resolution pictures available. Send me a message if you're interested. It's not advertized anywhere else as should only go to a true Blackbird fan. You won't be disappointed. Priced to sell at $5500.

Anyone else out in the area to take a look for me/ has a garage for short term storage??? I'm in the area, too, if you need me to take a look. Also, I just took my track bike outta Grandma's garage (in Cincinnati), so I know where it could get stuck for a period of time if necessary ... if she takes it out, she'll keep it under 35 for ya. -Bob

PlasticxxHead
Brett, ... man I thought you were on my side...You are just jealous ... where's my beer? "It's not advertised anywhere else as should only go to a true Blackbird fan. You won't be disappointed." The seller is the judge of who the true Blackbird fan...is We could count posts if you like/ or show pictures of our past birds.. or of the XX meets we have attended/ or see how long you have been a member of this forum or be mature about this whole thing... but again it is up to the Seller... :icon_silenced:
