tofastgt
I want to thank everyone for their help and advice. I guess I'm lucky. I only had to remove the windscreen, right handlebar clip-on and right inner dash panel. The plug for the switch was easy to reach and the throttle cables came off after a little struggling and maneuvering of the clip-on. I'm waiting on my new switch to come in now. Hopefully things will go back together smoothly. Thanks again
airborneXX
Don't forget to top off the headlight fluid while the windscreen is off.
cbrxxquad
I guess you went with a new one. Cool I was not sure if all years are the same as to where the connection is. I never saw it on the quad as I built it from pieces. But, the bike is a 2001 and the connectors are at the top of the cross bar on the faring mount. And is tie raped everywhere. Only way I was able to disconnect was to remove everthing.
