I'm glad I had the extra pair of hands on this first time to mount the wheel. I would have had a bit of a struggle keeping the spacers, rear caliper and axle all lined up and good. It is, of course, raining in Houston so my longer highway speed test ride will have to wait. Thanks to everybody for the input and sage advice.
