Toynut
The USB cable end takes a pretty firm push to get it to seat properly in the Power Commander module. Check your connection and then retry the upload.

Iceman_40
Do you also have the latest powercommander software from the website? Do the lights on the PC3 turn on when you turn on the key? Are you using the USB cable from the PC3 and not one you had laying around?

Iceman_40
Does the PC show the PC when you plug in the USB? Make sure the Mini USB is plugged in really well to the Power Commander. I believe the power commander showed up in my device manager when I plugged it in... Did you try reloading the 0 map or a you getting a error when you attempt to connect? If you are getting a error a screen shot would help. Also under the power commander tools, try doing the set TP
