I was considering giving it a try but I'm not sure just yet. BTW you have to sign up to see the workout but I think you can read some of the info without signing up. Bear in mind, alot of these questions are already answered by the sports medicine community. As I've mentioned before, most success comes from training holistically and with periodization.
