Philips Crystal Vision 1156NA

I found some Philips Crystal Vision 1157NA bulbs to use in my clear turn signal housings. I am still looking for the same mirrored, yet still amber light bulbs, in an 1156NA configuration, for the rear turn signals. Anyone carrying such a bulb (or simular mirrored)?

Thanks Obby,

Those bulbs work fine for the front mirror-mounted lenses. The rear signal housing uses a 1156A(or NA) configuration, which is not interchangeable (1156 have even retention pins, 1157/use a staggered retention pin).

The rears are what I currently need.

BTW, a pair of Philips Crystal Vision 1157NA/2057NA costs under $10.00 retail at Meijers (Michigan retail store chain).

I'm using Sylvania Silver Star 2057A. I think they look great and are street legal too. I got'm at PepBoys for $20 :icon_redface: .

Linky

Has anyone used those silver stars for their headlight replacement, and if so, did they make a noticeable difference?

I've been running SilverStar headlights for years; they are a lot brighter

(noticably) than the stock-type headlight bulb. I also run them in my four

wheel vehicles.

My bad. I was working my ass off and posting alot too today (4 monitors :icon_biggrin: ). I didn't notice you needed rears. Can't help you there off the top of my head. I like the stockers personally in the rear . I hope that didn't come out wrong HERE :icon_eek: !

Regards,

Obby

Thanks for the info, guys.

I'm sort of surprised that no one has asked about the chrome plated bulbs before. :icon_think: They are anessential component to complete the look you are trying to achieve by going the clear lens route. :icon_cool:

I sell alot of the Clear lenses and most people buy them when they order the lenses to "complete the look" as you said. Clear Alternatives has all the different bulbs in chrome.
