bunny Posted September 8, 2005 Author Share Posted September 8, 2005 help...yesterday while i'm riding my 00 model blackbird, the FI lights cames out... i stopped by the side of the road, off the engine, on it back again. but the FI light does not blink at all. i contiune my ride,after about 2mins the FI light is on again. when at station, i rev my bike to see if the FI lights will come out or not, but no. its only when i'm riding the bike then the FI light lights up... wats the problem??? hillbillyxx Posted September 8, 2005 Share Posted September 8, 2005 Reach behind the frame rail in front of the left passenger footpeg and wiggle the harness. There is a connection inside the harness that you can't see. That was my problem. Do a search for FI light and you will find a link with pictures showing how to clean the connection.
