motopilot
I have been at odds trying to figure out this problem. Initially, I had trouble steering and suspected the steering head bearings needed replacing. My former mechnic told me that they just needed tighening. He did that, but the bike still wanted to dive into corners and had notchy steering. He told me that I just needed to get used to it. :loony: Anyway, I went to another shop and had the bearings replaced. However, the XX still feels like it wants to dive into left hand turns. Turning right feels nuetral. I have since replaced the tires and had the alignment check, but I still don't feel right. Is it me? What else am I missing?

CBR-RR-XX-CESS
Any chance this bike has been wrecked,? My wrecked gpz acted like that with a bent frame. Just a thought. Jeff
XX
He told me that I just needed to get used to it. :loony: <rant on> stupid effin mechanics, glad you call them "former" now. Our bikes should ride like effin dreams and if they don't, there should be something that can be done about it. keep working on it, sorry i can't help out, just wanted to bitch a bit  <rant off>
Pete in PA
I hope you had tapered rollers installed and not the shit stock ball bearings. Another weak spot IMO, right there with CCT and REG.
