nomuseo
Anyone know what the nut size is on the rear wheel (the big one on the right side looking at the bike from the rear)?? I am work work at the minute so don't have the manual & I need to dash out & buy a socket at lunch time (so I can torque up the wheel tonight - long ride tomorrow with an early start!). I seem to recall it is a 27mm socket, but just want to make sure before i buy the wrong one.... Cheers Pete
matey_peeps
You'll need a 27mm for the nut and a 22 for the other end of the axle.
nomuseo
It is the 27mm one I need, don't have that size in my socket set. Thanks for that, saves a potential wasted journey. Cheers Pete
Northman
FWIW, 7/8" works well on the bolt end, and 1 1/16" works on the nut, if standard sizes are the only ones you find available.
