Northman
There is no map loaded in the PC when you get it, unless you request one. It comes with a "zero" map, meaning there is no adjustment to the factory settings.

Ronnie
Is it something different about the UK XX's and the ones here in the states? Almost no one has the PC on their XX over there.

Northman
slight error I think ...... pc3 is for 02 and up pc2 for the 2001 Except for the European models, which use the PCIII starting in '01

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the UK versions have to be tested regularly, and even race baffled cans are illegal for use. The PC may be an issue for emissions? John01XX
All Euro Bikes are tested annually and the certification has to be displayed on the bike a special holder that has to be mounted in a specific place and at the proper angle !!!!!!!! I don't think the exhaust is tested tho but could be wrong there. The cans have to be embossed with "Legal for Street Use" or some such engraving. There are very few aftermarket cans that are legal in Europe. But there is always a way around things !! The Dremel with the engraving attachment does wonders for aftermarket cans as long as the constable knows nothing about Bikes
