Right now, I'm going to have to go with Ines Sainz.

I don't remember why, but I thought the 'bird and the ZX14 used the same oil filter. If so, you're golden. Can somebody confirm that?

Want to Buy a front axle for a 97...............
I can send you a front axle for an '02. Are they the same?

Hey Stan, did you notice there is a coyote in your workshop?
That's a wolf!
And yeah kinda....But, he is gone now. Had to put him down. Was 10 years old so about time. One of my 13 year old labs went a month ago, just lad down and went the long sleep. His brother is still going and may have knocked up the 1 1/2 year old girl lab this last week. Proud ain't good enough a word.
Zxxx is the search word for where to look for the instructions on how to do this conversion.
We need to have "Benham Suspension" stickers printed.

the front wheel is 120
the rear is 180

The processor in this machine is a T7500. I have no idea how to compare it to an i5 because there are so many variations.
As for the age, this machine was brand new in 2008.
I wouldn't think of this machine as a laptop, really. It's a portable workstation. The carrying case for it has wheels.

Here are the specs except this one has 4GB of RAM, the 20" monitor's native resolution is 1920x1200, there's an extra battery (which you'll need), and a legal licensed installation of Windows 7.
It's in excellent condition. The video card was having issues, so I hunted down the replacement and installed it and everything is back to glorious -- other than the fact that I don't play games.
$1200 + shipping
It's a beast. Seriously. It's completely ridiculous. You know you want it.

I want a Danmoto slipon to replace the Micron can on my turbobird. The input is a different diameter. I guess I'll need to go measure it and see if they can make me one.
Need a home for that Micron?
It's rashed up. Would you still want it?

I hear Pirelli is for crashers......
I wasn't using Pirellis when that happened. It was those damn Bridgestones. I won't be having any more of them, either.

Avon got the worst reputation of them all.
They're a shitload better than anything by Dunlop or Metzeler. Not that that's saying much.
Disagree. I went from Avon to Metzelers a long time ago and it was a huge step up in everything but wear, which was about the same. The Z6/M1 Metzeler combo was one of my favorites way back when.
I'm not going defend Dunlops.
I had Dunlops and Metzelers both delaminate on my Valkryie. I'll never have either brand on any vehicle I own ever again.
Right now, I'm all about the Pirelli.

I don't know if it'll work. I may just end up making what I need from scratch using a template. Because it might not work anyway.
-
I have an OEM one that is whole and essentially undamaged, but it's been blacked out via spray paint, poorly.
Would that work for your project?
Maybe. I was really hoping for a thinner one, because I'm going to put it on under my PowerBronze.
-
I have an idea for a... project... and I'm looking for a cheap XX windshield -- the thinner the better. It can be broken as long as it's solid on the mounting part -- I'm going to cut it down to straight across there anyway.
Anyone have such a thing living in their garage?

It revs much faster!
Much? Really?

Amsoil is a scam.

The 97-98 kit comes with a clutch line too according to Scott at Speigler. Does anybody know how much longer it is vs stock? I think I'm going to go with these and the kit I'm buying used doesn't have it included.
Give it a test fit first before you buy an extended clutch or brake line. When I put my LSL bars on, I also installed +2" lines, but there's a lot of slack.
Damn, if I practiced that kind of logic I would have saved myself a bundle of cash over the years!
Good suggestion, I think I'll follow that advice.
I'm great at handing out advice that I should have followed.

meant to say self start with dead battery. that feature is the only good thing I see in the existing shunt regulator scheme.
Yeah, I'm not sure how to get around that. Giving up the bum-start option wouldn't bother me greatly.
And in case you're interested, the thought of using a synchronous rectifier instead of diodes comes to mind here with the switcher scheme. Might not be worth the bother, but I think it has merit. If we were trying to source starting current through it, maybe, but I'd need to do some math before I was ready to sign up for the added complexity.

The circuit shown cannot self start
Sure it can. Vcc and Vout are both tied to the battery, so it's strictly up to the modulator.

There's a lot of off-the-shelf stuff for an RX7. Are you sure nobody already makes what you want?
For example:
