What would a Titanium paint job or a set of plastics run? I need to learn to think outside the lines maybe.
I have seen mixed feeling about the cheep plastic on good old Flee-bay for about 500 clams. For the job (not perfect) some say not so bad but then again others just think it is just crap. I guess you just have to roll the dice and risk it all.

Selling for dad who is now sick. He said it was a 1995 but not 100%. batteries are newer and holds/charges fine. Works 100%. It has scatches and some nicks. Has recent installed front windsheilds and comes with the battery charger.

For me and I am far from a bike whore would question a bike that is ten years old with such low miles. One would be is like why in the hell did you not drive it. Then you question same tire as when you bought it, did it sit with fluid in it for years on end, etc. I rather by a bike with miles on it because 9 times out of ten rider tend to take proper care of their bike.

Well, consider this part. While people may come here looking to buy an XX, the vast majority of those here already have one. Or two, or three....
So while we appreciate knowing what's out there for sale, and can tell others who have an XX interest about it, this is only a small percentage of the buying public. Craigslist, local forums, eBay, and traditional means such as posted signs, newspaper or local sales flyers still reach many other folks who didn't at first realize they needed an XX!

True what was siad if you can't fix it your self most time it is cheaper just to buy new(the american way)
I did the same on a 9 year old tank-tank fine but need a new thermo-over/flow and pilot. I could have fix myself but in the end i just bought a new larger tank that would save us more money and also gave me a reason to put a whole house filter and water softener in. I thought it would just save me the time and money in the long run and believe it or not sold it on craiglist for 15 bucks:)
