I will look into it. I think the relay was around 13 USD. I will check on the shipping. PM me an address.
Did you get my PM?
Got it. I've been a bit busy. I will go try to find it this week.

HID Conversion, Just bought the kit and delay
Interesting. How much for a delay and how do you connect it?
When I connect Hi and Lo they pull so much juice that it resets the clock and trip when I put on the ignition.
I havent installed the delay yet. I have a Euro switch and think I will do this instead. I will see if I can find the link to the ebay site i bought it on.
Dibs on the relay
It may be cheaper for you to buy it off ebay than to ship it from Texas to Norway. If it turns out that its not then its yours.
Doubt it.
Of e-bay I have to pay 25% vat on goods and freight.
I can't find any delay relay over here. If you ship it in a envelope it won't be expensive with US postal, and post it as a gift.
Then no VAT
Hobie and John bike bits have shipped to me several times.
PM me price on relay and freight.
I got paypal.

Do a search for "DDM Tuning" then look for a thread started by Richard Cranium named "Jaysus...or anyone., What headlight delay are you using?". I tried to post the link but apparently I suck at that.

So much errant information, it makes me wonder.Just put them in and forget about it. Eight years without a problem. Would not ride like I do without, not even a question. Daytime highbeams save lives,,,mine!!!
Hope they think is is a UFO, or landing plane, or tanker truck. Cause it's all they can see, that and the spots after I'm gone.
Well said, sir....bravo!

WTB - Penske or Ohlins rear shock
Anyone looking to part with one?
I just ran across a new one on Ebay the other day. Do a search for Honda Blackbird and it should still be there if no one bought it. It was full priced though (worth it).

I just went through this on mine. I had mistakingly ran mine on the inside last time i had it apart and ran it correctly this time. Mine puts pressure on the right side (facing the bike) ram air duct which keeps it from lining up with the hole in the nose exactly right.

Help
in The Garage
glad I kept it on my phone now. When putting stuff back together I actually wrapped and ziptied things back better than Honda did. But I am anal that way and like to keep things nice and neat.
I'm the same way.

Help
in The Garage
So that bundle of wires goes on the outside of the ram air duct in that groove? I couldnt remember if it ran on the outside or on the inside somehow. I think last time i had it appart i ran it on the inside and noticed it wasnt right from looking at someone elses bike. It doesnt seem like there is enough slack to go that way is why i went the other way with it last time.

Then it's not a Concours C-14 exhaust, it's a ZX-14 exhaust.

Eric, do have any recommendation? Do you fab any shields for other bikes? Mine is the low beam and is not a projector type.
The sheild I make fits on the H7 DDM Bulb... and I know it fits into the XX headlight housing.
I have no idea if it could be installed on any other bike that has the H7 bulb....
The XX headlight housing actually has a just a "little bit" of an oversized hole for the bulb, and there in lies the why and how of my bulbs sheilds fitment.
What bike do you have... the Busa ?
If someone could come up with a way to make them that wasnt as involved as the way Eric did it might be worth doing.J,
I figured I would just make you one.... that way you won't be blinding me in my rear view mirrors.
It would be like making it for myself in a way.......
Either that or.... I just won't slow down on the straight aways...
LOL.
You know you like it from behind.

Go ahead and smash one for me too

Yeah no big surprise there. I am thinking that the way Brett mounted his ballast is the way I'm going to try to mount mine. Looks like the easiest to get to. I may even try to have a plate welded to the fairing stay to mount to.
