  1. I have an extra rear rim I bought while in England. It's the gunmetal grey color. Looks nice.

Here it is on the XX I have for sale. I'm going to swap the euro wheel out for the powdercoated rear rim I have in storage that matches the front rim.

    Asking $150.00 + shipping

I have a pair of used 97-98 OEM XX brake rotors that I kept around as spares.

Asking $100.00 + shipping for both.

  2. Since I'm just getting a bunch of tire kickers on my 97', I'm going to start selling off a few items.

I had these repainted last year with a couple extra coats of clear coat shot on them for durability. Not perfect but very nice. No fiberglass cracks, interior carpet in good shape.

    $400 + shipping

    My zip code 20175

  3. Im not happy doing this but I moved onto a dirt road and I enjoy my Dual sports more than the XX. Plus my generous inseam has been wreakin' havoc on my knees. If it doesn't sell for what I'm asking, I'll just hold onto it because it's a bad ass ride.

I bought this from a forum member JCrich last year and added a few things to it. If you didn't look at the odometer, you'd think this bike only had 10k on it.

  4. If you don't give a shit about what's behind the rims you might be able to cut the bolts off short enough to assist in getting the wheel off.

Might even be able to "pound" the bolts in after they are cut off :icon_evilgrin:

This is easy.... Find another tire and rim thats lying around. A full size truck tire works best..

Leave two lugs partially threaded onto the studs. Take a bladed stance and swing that tire against the stuck wheel as hard as u can rubber to rim. Kapow. It should pop off.

Or just jack up the car from the otherside leaning it towards the stubborn side. The lateral load should knock the tire loose.

  5. I cleaned up the air filter and just spritzed a bit o' oil on the K+N. The bog is still present. I'm not gung ho for an increase of power just reliability... (The whole reason I bought this GT) I have an stock airfilter on order from ron ayers so with any luck this problem will be solved. I'm hopeful that the planets will align and my woman will make mad passionate love to me tonight under a crescent moon to help ward off any bad Honda karma.
