The first failure point is where you decided to overthink this.  I hope the second sentence isn't the second failrure point.  Best of luck.

Watch your fucking use of the word THIS.  Because it ain't THIS....it's EVERYTHING.

Good Lord one can’t think aloud around here.  I know how water flows.

I’ll install a bypass on the outflow line of the tank.  Run it back into the cold line.  Any draw will pull from both sources...ensuring water doesn’t stagnate in the tank.

Hook up a flux capacitor and run your anal dildo off the “draw” from the steam.

    Jesus - you’re stupid.

Just a sec, does this mean I can't buy those generic bar end weights that are sold on eBay, Bird requires special kind? Or not?

    Nope, the cheapies work too.

There's some kind oof steel retainer ring with a rim on it at the end, support for the weaker aluminum bar tube?

I just did it on the NC700 and Goldwing and I believe Honda still uses the same method.  There is a clip that holds it in as well as some expanding rubber.

You need to pinch both of those clip ends you see which releases it.  I took a long screw with a heavy socked head.  Put in the screw and used the socket to bang it out.

You see the 2 little shark fins sticking up (one on top and one on the bottom)...those clip into the inside of the handle bar itself.  You have to pinch the 2 end clips to push those down to release the entire end.

I think I bought it in April of 2014. I thought I lost it around September of 2014 and forgot about it.

Well...just found it. No scratches, no bumps, blemishes or dents. It’s basically brand new and was used a few times before I “thought” I lost it.

I’ll toss in the thin case/cove/stand combo.
