I would use a breaker bar if that did not loosen it I would add pipe to the end of the breaker bar for more leverage. Using some lube woudn't hurt either.

If the sprocket I ordered does not fit I will check kawi dealer thanks for the info. Checked with performance machine they had no sprockets the right size in stock more than 30 days to get one from them.

Vortex sprockets said they had one to fit crossing fingers should have it friday.

I have a Chicane Performance Machine wheel that requires a different sprocket than what comes on the XX stock. The old sprocket is made by Sprocket Specialist I gave them the number stamped on the sprocket they don't seem to know anything about it. I took the sprocket to a shop where they gave Sprocket Specialist the mesurements and they said they could make one. Here is the big problem they say it will take thirty days I need it for HookersXX can anyone tell me where I may find a sprocket to fit. Time is running out I know it won't come cheap beacause i'm sure I will need to do express shipping. A steel sprocket preffered 45 tooth. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

I looked at ron ayers there are two different rear spockets how do I know which to order? Can not find part number for front sprocket. I hope the part numbers are the same because I want to order from honda direct. :?

My zx11 stuck like that and I put wd-40 in the keyhole works great now. good luck getting your key out.

Mine mounts in the center ram socket in the center of triple clamp.

When I bought my bike I got it with Honda RC31 levers and resevoirs on it. I had some one tell me they were easier to pull back with two fingers and that they were considering changing also. I have never tried my bike with stock levers so I don't really know if it's any better but if something works I try not to fuck with it. Just food for thought.

I had a 2250psi pressure washer and decided to clean siding. I started to spray and it was taking oxidation off. The only problem is it wouldn't take it all off so it looked like I vandalized my home. Over time it returned to mathching color. This is something you may want to think about with metal siding.

I have similar mileage and do not have this problem but my brake resevoir is not stock so it might be like comparing apples and oranges. :headscratch:
