Any cruiser tire will fit the bill. They're not too sticky, last a goodish time, and...dare I say...made for guys who don't put a whole lotta miles on.
I put Dunlop D404's on my dad's bike and they fit the bill.
On my 87 Hurricane 600 I believe I put a cheng-shin barracuda on the back when the Dunlop was shot.
I've got a set of 1/2" drive impact hex sockets...of course you can use them with 1/2" drive hand tools. Sunex brand, #2649. Sizes 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 17 and 19mm
They're out there.
Tighten with hook spanner or punch and hammer. Check for play. Tighten more. Check for binding. Loosen because now it's binding. Find the happy medium. Recheck in a few thousand miles.
