[headlight bulb(s) and HID questions..]

Just curious - what headlight bulbs does the XX use?

And, what is the preferred HID unit to use, and price?

those trucks do often have those symtoms when the fuel sending unit on top of the tank corrodes, and/or the fuel filter gets clogged..

Other than that and the Auto/OD tranny that craps out like clockwork at 100K miles or so (which you obviously won't have to worry about), those trucks are pretty damn solid, in my experience...

[ABS on an XX?]

In talking to some folks on some touring forums, I understand that when ABS first came out for bikes there were several aftermarket companies making units that often worked as good as or better than OEM..

A) Anyone know anything about this?

Anyone ever try this on a BB?
