You are annoying, miserable, petty cuban piece of shit. Worse than 5 pre-pmsed women. You bring something from 2017 because your sore ass syndrome runs that deep. Twenty seventeen. lol.

I don't wanna get into this so just shortly. Damaged camchain scraped enough plastic from camguides to clog mesh screen of oil pump's pick up.

#4 rod bearing failed and 4 piston suffered partial seizure. Those are on tail end of oil feed food chain.  Oil iirc rotella 5w/40. It carries jaso ma specs.

Super hawk, you should concentrate on things you know best, like resurrection of 50 years equipment, valve jobs without head removal and things of that nature.

Now you gonna shit on my vfr painting project because that's you, just what you normally do. Having no idea about particular subject won't stop you from talking.

Dude you need your meds checked...

There should be more photos here from the '02 West Coast meet but this is all I could find, it was on the way there:

The only TL I rode was a bit twitchy with the lean miss at low throttle, other than that it doesn't make any scary list to me. If I hadn't come off my perfectly tuned SH996 I might have accepted the TL as normalish.

That SH will go down as one of the 'wish I'd never sold it' bikes. It was so perfectly tuned it could do hooligan stupid, mundane commute, and even some run from the Hell's Angels with the fuel light on to get to the 2002 XX Bash.

It was stock other than high mount titanium Jardines, K&N, and it was tuned by them.  It was the bike they used when they made the system so I'm sure they did everything possible to get the best dyno numbers they could.  The guy I sold it to was pushed by a bike shop to re-tune it, they fucked it up.  He offered it back to me, I took one short ride and said no.

When is the next west coast bash???

    85-ish miles.

If you think it's a good bike I'm not opposed to going down there and raping inspecting it for you.  I would want direct contact info for the seller to schedule it so it all goes smoothly.  You don't know me, but I do lots of pre-purchase inspections as part of my job.  As with anything there is no way to guarantee that something's perfect, but I weed out a lot of stuff people miss so I feel pretty confident in saying that if it passes my inspection it's good.  I haven't had a single one that went wrong, and I weed out the majority of the crappy deals just from a phone conversation.

He is the only guy wrenching on my rides.

Have you used this for the Bird?  It looks like something that could work for me.

I don't have that stand or a Bird anymore but it looked like a duplicate to the one on the last page just more affordable and they have 20% coupons all the time.

Yup, mechanical clutch.  I adjusted it tight to get the most release, didn't help so I set it back to where I think it should be.  It doesn't start to engage 'till the lever is released a good amount so I don't think the mechanical actuator is the culprit.

All I've done with the pushrod is pull it out a little and clean the area that gets grimed up with chain lube & gunk.

Mine works a little better cold than hot, so did my previous '97.  I just checked and it has Mobil1 15-50 with 2,100 miles.  Even tho the miles are low, it's a couple years old so I'm gonna change it to feel good, and hope that it helps the clutch.  If it doesn't I'll take it apart and see what's up.

    Before fixing & polishing it.
