  1. Tim, That reminds me, you left your Leopard thong here the other day, tried them on, still a bit tight for me though what would you like me to do with them
  2. Damn, broke the 200 mark today! 198! First time since I was in my mid 20's have I been below 200!
  3. An update since I decided to really loose some weight On the 3rd week of June I went up to 232, pants were getting really tight and I did not want to spend $$ on new clothes, you never know what will motivate you to do something. On August 7th I was at 209! 23 lbs. that is some progress. It started with riding a bike, the one with no motor. It's not fun, but it beats the fuck out of running. Where I live you can either ride about 1 mile or as many miles as you want, just the same 1 mile if you want to avoid hills. So the hills it is, down them at first then back up the bastards. all I can say is I could just feel my pants getting looser and looser, belt notches changing and shirts fitting looser. I have lost weight in the past and gained it back, with never achieving my goal, 190. Now I am working away from home and living in a hotel, putting in 16 hours days, now the weight will come off with stress... this should only last another month, so I can get back on the bike and break below 200, 19 lbs to go
  4. Thanks Mike, I think you nailed on the head.
  5. I just installed xm radio on the bike, I have some buzzing in the headset. I have it connected to a communication device, not sure of the name... Question is what could cause this and how can I correct it
  6. Depends what you are looking for, if you just looking for some sound then slip ons are fine. If you actually want some performance increase then go with a full system, you will need to get a power commander and find a GOOD tuner to build you a map. For the slip ons I would get a PC as well, because with out one the bike may run leaner than it already does, which can be lean in the first place... my .02
  7. Tim, why would he have been lucky not to win the auction? I assume because he could have got the map he needed for free, or is there something else, since I think I am the one that won the auction he is talking about. I did not pay the additional $50 for the loaded map So you're the one who took that eBay auction! What's the name/website of that motorcycle shop in Florida (IIRC)? They said they had actually dyno'd a 2002 Blackbird with the K&N air filter and the Jardine RT-1 exhaust, and would load that map for my for $50. Now whether that's true/accurate or not is a different question... Thanks! here you go everythingmotorcycles.com
  8. Hey Lori's Husband.... You got slip ons now? Dano, not very observant, are you, well at least at my bike I've had them for a couple seasons. I am going to take the bike to a tuner in the month and have a custom map made, get some base line numbers and go from there!

  10. A Dog run.... sorry, but I never will understand why poeple think they need to put down concrete for a Dog run. I don't think anybody likes standing on concrete all day... so why make your dog do it.... You do what you want.... and don't let me change your mind but... Why don't you go buy some Astro-Turf instead. Level out the area in mind, cover it with a layer of plastic and then the Astro-Turf. Just make sure you run the Turf unnder the fence on all sides so the Dog can't rip it up and whalla.... A cool, cleanable, soft , cheaper, dog run. Then you can Make yourself a realy nice patio.... even nicer with all the mulla you will have saved from the dog run. Now thats an idea, any idea's on how difficult it would be to keep clean
  11. SHIT that is alot of BAGS!
  12. Main reason is for a Dog Run, but thought might as well add patio, I hate Grass.... Tim if you can remember my backyard, on the east side is the area of grass that is next to the pool, that would be patio then just south of that area would be the dog run.
  13. Never done this before, looking pour an area about 25' x 30'..is this a huge amount? How much prep do I need to do.... Can I just pour the entire area or will I need to do it sections? Will I need to lay that mesh screen down as well? Thanks for any advise
  14. Anybody tell me what the weight of the OEM Header and Exhaust
  15. OK, all I can think of is that Movie (can't think of the name) "we have a bleeder" Thanks
  16. Not Motorcycle, but for my Chevy PU, changing the fuel filter. What is the secret to change these damn things. When I start to remove the thing fuel start flowing out of the lines, what the secret, just be fast or what?
  17. Thats where I got mine Schucks, but I paid $45, I have had if for a little over a year now
  18. Finally chose the trim out on the new french door, now I guess I will continue into other rooms in the house. Need now to decide on color of stain or to paint.... Above pic also shows doorway to kitchen, below the lighting sux
  19. OK, so I have a M1 front tire, what rear tire should I get to match with it?
  20. I used that as well I didn't trim it either I just took my time and fit it into the opening it worked great, as far as heat the HID run cooler than the stock bulb's but I'll keep an eye on mine and let you know if I run into any trouble. The retaining clip fits alot tighter using the foam piece that comes with the HID bulb but it does pin back closed, I felt my hands were to big as well you just have to be a little more patient. My wife said something to the effect that I don't have any patients, not sure what she was talking about  Anyway got it lit up and working, now just to hide the ballast. Has anyone put them up in the cone between the air intake?
  21. You didn't take the set screw off of the retaining clip did you? The clip just swings once dislodged from the retaining clip mount. I just reattached it after putting the bulb in with a new spacer. why of course I did! I know have the cone off, and with it off everything that has been said makes all the sense in the world. Product to use for the spacer, what about the foam shit that is holding the light in the packaging tube, can that be used as the space. Just trim it up a bit and seems to work fine? Or not because of heat?
