Here are pics from when I owned this bike. Hope this helps.

Too bad I'm not working as I'd offer to swap bikes!
-
I've put Dunlop Roadsmarts on the following:
08 C14... Blackmax is still on the set that I put on last year
08 ZX14... only 1400 miles at the moment. Smooth ride.
05 FZ6... Cheryl's bike and NO chicken strips
and will put a set on my VFR when the money situations gets better.
I am amazed as to how well they wear, how well they stick, and offer a peace of mind in the wet.

Bump for final lowered price.

I have some good $$$ for a couple of those farlkes that the next buyer won't miss.
The offer still stands if you need some cash buddy, but if not , I understand fully.
I sincerely appreciate your offer and will let you know if I decide to sell some farkles.
At the moment I am in limbo with lack of job offers and staring at $1800 worth of tax bills.
I'm hoping for some sweet job offers soon...

Bump for lowered price.

Nice bike. They have 2 new leftover '08s (dark blue and silver) at my local dealer for $8695. If you can get 8900, more power to ya!
Thank you for your words of encouragement...

JJP,
Would you consider selling the hugger off the bike? I know it sounds like I'm a vulture but it's not like that.
Send me a PM.
Hugger is free*...
(with the purchase of ZX)...
PM sent...

Purty!
Are 10 year old tires safe to roll with? :icon_think:
Very nice bike!
-
Nah... can't be the same bike as the other one is faster and has a price!
-
Nicely done!

The Yamaha FZ6 in question is a 2005.
The previous owner took off the rear fender and did a hack job on relocating the plate way underneath the bike. I used the somewhat usable original fender to mount the plate in the OEM location. The FZ will not pass inspection because the license plate light is missing.
The kit you have looks great. Just concerned about the center high mounted exhaust on the FZ.
Thanks for your time.

*1997 Honda CBR1100XX.
This bike had the front end and plastics replaced due to a
misunderstanding at a city intersection. The plastics are fair, and the
front cowl has a hole in the side with a decal over it. It runs like a
champ, has had regular maintainance, recent valve adjustment, chain,
and filters. I would not hesitate to take this bike across the
country, and if I didn't tell you, you'd never suspect it has 139,000
miles on it. These bikes last forever. $2000
Is this my old bike?

Sweet!
I bought mine from the original owner back in 97 w/ 10,800 miles on it. Sold it 2 years later with 20k and change.
I was a junior or senior in HS when I first saw the commercial for the V65 Magna. After seeing that, I had to have one!

Looks like "The Puniser" peed his pants!
Does it come with Depends?
-
Sharp looking bike!

Hey Sondance... thanks for the info!
Stefan, I'll take the R/R... pm sent.

Does anyone know if the R1 R/R will work on an 04 VFR?
If so, I'll take it.

Hmmm...ya left the key in my old C14?
2008 C-14 For Sale
in The Sales Floor -- For Sale/Wanted
Posted
1st owner sold it, to me, to help a family member financially, who was having health challenges.
2nd owner (me) sold it to buy Dave's ZX14.
3rd owner, Blackmax, is selling it to buy the ZX that I bought from Dave.
If I was working, I'd buy the C14 back as it was the best bike I owned.
Hope that helps.
