wingrack for xx

i bought this givi wingrack back in 08 and used it for some of the 09 and 10 riding season. bottom line is that i don't ride in a manner which requires the rack on the bike. i've since upgraded to a monorack, and that more than meets my needs.

i will take photos of the rack if need be.

it is in serviceable shape, and fits well. i have *most* of the hardware for this, but would deduct for the cost of a new hardware set from givi.

i'm asking $200, which i feel is reasonable. i am open to offers.

come and get it.
